Günter Maier has more than 13 years of experience in managing international teams, projects and acquisitions in conventional- and renewable energy.

He is also the founder and managing director of MG Energy+. Prior to founding MG Energy+, Günter Maier built the renewable power business of OMV (including wind-, hydro-, and solar power) and has worked steadily in an international environment including CEE, Turkey and MENA.

He holds a PhD from the University of Leoben and an MSc on renewable energy from the Technical University of Vienna.

Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer has over 35 years of experience in the energy sector, especially the international oil and gas industry, the management of large corporate groups and finance. Since the year 1992 he was member of the management board and from 2002 to 2011 the CEO of the OMV group. Between the years 1997 and 2000 he was the state secretary to the federal ministry of finance of Austria.

He served on the boards of a number of companies in particular Roche, Vienna Insurance Group or Telekom Austria. Currently he serves as chairman of the supervisory board of CA Immo and as member of the supervisory board in three other publicly quoted companies. He holds a PhD from the Vienna University of Economic Sciences.

Heinz Sernetz has 35 years' experience in the banking sector originally starting at Chase Manhattan Bank in London and Vienna, Erste Group and Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), where he was board member of Raiffeisen Investment AG for 17 years and senior advisor to the management board for RBI for the corporate and investment banking division.

On account of his wide-ranging and comprehensive investment-banking activities, Heinz Sernetz has broad experience in global energy markets investments including in particular in the CEE region. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economic Sciences.

Monika Wildner is an Austrian lawyer with a strong international practice. She specializes in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, and corporate finance with a particular focus on international clients and extensive transaction experience in the CEE region.

Monika Wildner has more than 12 years of experience as lawyer in Austria and CEE, including as in-house counsel for Raiffeisen International Bank AG and as partner of Schönherr attorneys-at-law. She holds a PhD from the University of Vienna (doctor iuris) and a master degree of New York University (LL.M. corporate).

Radovan H. Mitas has more than 15 years of experience in managing legal affairs and managing assets in multiple jurisdictions including Central European Countries, Russia and China.

Prior joining AMIC, Radovan H. Mitas managed 5 years the legal affairs of the central European retail operations with a major international fuel company. Before that, he managed assets and legal affairs in Central Europe for Unibail-Rodamco, a major shopping center owner & operator. His previous working experience also includes a Magic Circle law firm, and private equity business.

Radovan holds a degree from Law faculty Charles University, Prague and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ignas Jurkonis has more than 10 years of experience in international fuel retailing. He has worked for over 7 years in Baltic region as General Manager of SIA AMIC Latvia and afterwards as General Manager of Amic Ukraine CFI.

Furthermore, he is a senior partner in Warhol and Consultants, DWC (Dubai, UAE), consulting on various investment projects in Europe and USA. Ignas Jurkonis has wide and proven experience in management, market strategies and business optimization of the fuel retail business.
