Günter Maier has more than 15 years of experience in managing international teams, projects and acquisitions in conventional- and renewable energy.
He is also the founder and managing director of Buzzard Energy GmbH which invests in the energy and cleantech sector. Prior to founding Buzzard Energy, Günter Maier built the renewable power business of OMV (including wind-, hydro-, and solar power) and has worked steadily in an international environment including CEE, Turkey and MENA.
He holds a PhD from the University of Leoben and an MSc on renewable energy from the Technical University of Vienna.
Director of Administration & Legal Affairs
Radovan H. Mitas has more than 15 years of experience in managing legal affairs and managing assets in multiple jurisdictions including Central European Countries, Russia and China. Prior joining AMIC, Radovan H. Mitas managed 5 years the legal affairs of the central European retail operations with a major international fuel company. Before that, he managed assets and legal affairs in Central Europe for Unibail-Rodamco, a major shopping center owner & operator. His previous working experience also includes a Magic Circle law firm, and private equity business.
Radovan holds a degree from Law faculty Charles University, Prague and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Director Business Development
Andreas Sernetz has more than 15 years of experience in developing new business concepts and scaling them. As a successful serial entrepreneur, he knows how to identify and grow new opportunities. He is also co-founder and investor of several start-ups in the low-code and robotic process automation space, as well as engaged in renewable energy projects.Andreas started his career path at Accenture as management consultant in Switzerland. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economic Sciences.
Finance & Controlling
Daniel Wierzbicki has almost 20 years of experience in auditing, controlling and strategy development functions gained in both financial services and energy industries. He stared his professional carrier in the audit division of Arthur Andersen's Warsaw office and after that held managerial positions within the controlling function in Polish leading banks.
Prior joining AMIC, Daniel Wierzbicki spent 5 years in the Polish leading oil and gas capital group, as a CFO of the LPG subsidiary and head of the retail sales support.
Daniel Wierzbicki holds a Master Degree and Master of Business Administration from the Warsaw School of Economics.
General Manager of AMIC Polska sp. z o.o.
Krzysztof Strzelecki has more than 20 years of experience in sales management gained in major international companies from FMCG and B2B sector like Gillette, Brown-Forman and International Paper. Last 16 years he spend in managing sales & operation in international and Polish companies from the fuel industry. In the years 2013-2017, he was the Retail Sales Director at LOTOS Paliwa Ltd. Previously, for 11 years he held high operational positions at the Polish branch of the Norwegian STATOIL Fuel & Retail (SFR).
Krzysztof Strzelecki holds Master Degree in Organization and Management from Merchant Marine Academy in Gdynia and Executive MBA of GFKM and Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
General Manager of AMIC Ukraine CFI
Audrius Stropus has more than 25 years of experience in fuel retail business, working in seven European countries. Prior joining AMIC Ukraine, Audrius Stropus has worked steadily as CEO in TEBOIL Finland and AMIC Poland.
Audrius Stropus holds a PhD in Science from the Technology University of Kaunas, Lithuania.
